Planning, delivery, and operation of a modern hospitality system including a landing page, information system, and integrated app store.
City Pop – Micro Living, built fully digital
City Pop combines hotel comfort, serviced apartments, and a consistently digital user journey: fully furnished apartments, fast online booking, contactless check-in, and services managed through the app.
- Through the integrated App Store section, additional services and digital offerings are bundled in one central place and delivered consistently across locations—from practical self-service features to optional comfort services that can be enabled and updated flexibly per building.
Multi-Site Rollout
To support City Pop as a multi-location brand, the system was designed so that a core setup applies to all locations, while details can be tailored per building. Individual modules or service categories can be shown or hidden depending on the city, for example.

Team and training:
Luca Tronca was responsible for overall leadership and system architecture. Together with Kledi Cela, he delivered the implementation, configured the individual locations, and trained the City Pop teams in operations, content maintenance, and release processes.
Result:
A modern hospitality system that integrates seamlessly into the City Pop concept, strengthens the digital guest journey, and delivers a consistent experience across all locations.
